Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef 80/20 blend
- 4 Eggs
- 4 Burger Buns
- 4 slices Cheese optional
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your flat top grill to medium-high heat.
Form the ground beef into 4 equal patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
While the burgers are cooking, heat a frying pan over medium heat and fry the eggs to your liking.
Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two until they are golden brown.
Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun, topping with a slice of cheese (if using), and a fried egg.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
