  • 1 lb Ground Beef 80/20 blend
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 4 slices Cheese optional
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your flat top grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into 4 equal patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  4. While the burgers are cooking, heat a frying pan over medium heat and fry the eggs to your liking.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two until they are golden brown.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun, topping with a slice of cheese (if using), and a fried egg.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
