Flatbread Pizza with Grilled Peaches

- 2 pieces Flatbreads
- 2 pieces Peaches halved and pitted
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze
- 1 handful Arugula fresh
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush peach halves with olive oil and place them on the grill, cut side down. Grill for about 3-4 minutes until they have nice grill marks. Remove and slice.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Top each flatbread with shredded mozzarella cheese and grilled peach slices.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Top with fresh arugula.
Slice and serve immediately.
