  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 4 ears Corn on the Cob husked
  • 2 cups Pinto Beans cooked
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place each chicken breast on a piece of aluminum foil.
  3. Brush each chicken breast with BBQ sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place an ear of corn and a portion of pinto beans next to each chicken breast.
  5. Wrap the foil around the chicken, corn, and beans to create a sealed packet.
  6. Place the foil packets on the grill and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Carefully open the foil packets and serve hot.
