Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened
  • ¼ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Gruyere Cheese shredded

Instructions 

  1. 1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. 2. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add a mix of the four cheeses on top of the bread in the skillet.
  4. 4. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
  5. 5. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.
