Main Ingredients
- 1 piece pork tenderloin
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 0.25 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper in a bowl.
Marinate pork tenderloin in the mixture for at least 2 hours.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill pork tenderloin for 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
