  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Marinate pork tenderloin in the mixture for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill pork tenderloin for 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
