Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese

- 4 slices Bread
- 2 cups Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 tablespoons Butter, softened
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped
1. Mix the softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a small bowl.
2. Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
4. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet. Top each with 1 cup of shredded cheese.
5. Place the remaining slices of bread on top, buttered side up.
6. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
