  • 2 cups Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix the softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a small bowl.
  2. 2. Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet. Top each with 1 cup of shredded cheese.
  5. 5. Place the remaining slices of bread on top, buttered side up.
  6. 6. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
