Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 heads Romaine lettuce halved lengthwise
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Cucumber sliced
  • ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup Kalamata olives pitted and halved

Dressing Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the cut sides of the romaine lettuce with a little olive oil.
  3. Place the lettuce cut side down on the grill. Grill for about 2-3 minutes, until you get nice grill marks and the lettuce is slightly charred.
  4. Remove the lettuce from the grill and place on a serving platter.
  5. Top the grilled lettuce with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and Kalamata olives.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  7. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
