- 1 lb green beans trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon cut into wedges
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Place green beans on a large piece of aluminum foil.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Fold the foil over the beans and seal the edges to create a packet.
Grill for 15 minutes, shaking the packet halfway through.
Serve with lemon wedges.
