Grilled Apple and Swiss Cheese Sandwich Recipe

- 4 slices Bread Whole grain or your choice
- 1 medium Apple Thinly sliced
- 4 slices Swiss Cheese
- 2 tablespoon Butter Softened
1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
2. Place two slices, buttered side down, on a grill pan over medium heat.
3. Add a slice of Swiss cheese, apple slices, and another slice of Swiss cheese on top of each bread slice in the pan.
4. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
5. Grill until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
