  • 4 fillets cod about 6 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and lime juice.
  3. 3. Brush the cod fillets with the marinade and let them sit for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Place the cod fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
