Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados halved and pitted
  • 8 Tortillas
  • 1 cup Red Cabbage shredded
  • 1 Lime cut into wedges
  • ½ cup Cilantro chopped
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the avocado halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the avocados on the grill, cut side down, and grill for about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Remove the avocados from the grill and let them cool slightly. Scoop out the flesh and slice.
  5. Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 1 minute on each side.
  6. Assemble the tacos by placing grilled avocado slices on each tortilla, followed by shredded cabbage, cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream. Serve with lime wedges.
