- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 8 slices Bacon
- 4 Burger Buns
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Wrap each patty with 2 slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
Grill the patties for about 10 minutes on each side, or until the bacon is crispy and the meat is cooked through.
Serve the patties on burger buns with your favorite toppings.
