- 8 slices Bacon
- 2 cups Sushi Rice cooked and seasoned
- 1 piece Cucumber cut into strips
- 1 piece Avocado sliced
- 1 sheet Nori
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Grill the bacon slices until crispy, then set aside.
3. Place a sheet of nori on the sushi mat, shiny side down.
4. Spread an even layer of sushi rice over the nori.
5. Arrange cucumber strips, avocado slices, and grilled bacon on top of the rice.
6. Roll the sushi tightly using the sushi mat.
7. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces and serve.
