Ingredients 

Meatloaf Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • ½ cup BBQ Sauce plus extra for glazing
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, milk, chopped onion, ½ cup BBQ sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a piece of aluminum foil.
  4. Place the meatloaf on the grill and cook for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  5. Brush the meatloaf with additional BBQ sauce during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
  6. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
