Grilled BBQ Meatloaf
A delicious twist on the classic meatloaf, grilled to perfection with BBQ sauce.

Meatloaf Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 large Egg beaten
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 small Onion finely chopped
- ½ cup BBQ Sauce plus extra for glazing
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, milk, chopped onion, ½ cup BBQ sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a piece of aluminum foil.
Place the meatloaf on the grill and cook for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Brush the meatloaf with additional BBQ sauce during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
Remove from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
