- 2 lbs beef tenderloin trimmed and tied
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 2 cloves garlic minced
1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
2. Rub the beef tenderloin with olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
3. Place the tenderloin on the grill and sear each side for about 2-3 minutes.
4. Reduce the grill heat to medium and continue grilling for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
5. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
