- 4 medium beets peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Toss the beet slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the beet slices on a piece of aluminum foil and fold to create a sealed packet.
Grill the packet for about 30 minutes, or until the beets are tender.
Carefully open the packet and transfer the beets to a serving dish.
