  • 1 lb Ground Bison
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 4 slices Cheese optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground bison, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  4. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  5. If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
  6. Remove the patties from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  7. Assemble the burgers with buns and your favorite toppings.
