Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Bison
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 4 Burger Buns
- 4 slices Cheese optional
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground bison, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
Remove the patties from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
Assemble the burgers with buns and your favorite toppings.
