Grilled Bison Cheeseburgers with Bacon

Burger Ingredients
- 1 lb ground bison
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon
- 4 pieces burger buns
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Season the ground bison with salt and black pepper. Form into 4 patties.
Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
Grill the bacon slices until crispy.
Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun and topping with crispy bacon.
