Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Fish fillets such as tilapia or cod
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 4 buns Sandwich buns
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup Tomato sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Brush the fish fillets with olive oil and coat them with the spice mixture.
  4. Grill the fish fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Toast the sandwich buns on the grill for a minute or two until they are lightly browned.
  6. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a grilled fish fillet on each bun and topping with shredded lettuce and sliced tomato.
