Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, and cayenne pepper.
Brush the fish fillets with olive oil and coat them with the spice mixture.
Grill the fish fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
