Grilled Blue Cheese Stuffed Onions Recipe

- 4 large onions peeled and cored
- ½ cup blue cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Peel and core the onions, making a cavity in the center of each.
Stuff each onion with crumbled blue cheese.
Drizzle the onions with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Wrap each onion in aluminum foil and place on the grill.
