Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Bluefish about 6 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the bluefish fillets with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Season the fillets with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Place the fillets on the grill, skin side down. Grill for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove the fillets from the grill and drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
