Main Ingredients
- 4 heads Bok Choy halved lengthwise
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the bok choy with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place the bok choy on the grill, cut side down. Grill for 4-5 minutes, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
