  • 4 heads Bok Choy halved lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the bok choy with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the bok choy on the grill, cut side down. Grill for 4-5 minutes, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
  4. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
