Grilled Boudin with Onions Peppers and Mushrooms

- 4 links Boudin sausage
- 1 Onion sliced
- 2 Bell peppers sliced
- 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, toss the sliced onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Place the boudin sausages on the grill. Cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and heated through.
While the sausages are grilling, place the vegetables in a grill basket or on a piece of foil. Grill for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
Serve the grilled boudin sausages with the grilled vegetables on the side.
