Grilled Brie and Pear Sandwich

- 4 slices Bread preferably sourdough
- 100 g Brie cheese sliced
- 1 Pear thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
2. Place brie and pear slices on the unbuttered side of two bread slices.
3. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
4. Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Grill sandwiches until bread is golden and cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
