Grilled Brussels Sprouts Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the Brussels sprouts on the grill, cut side down.
Grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and charred in spots.
Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
