  • ½ cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the cauliflower florets in the mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Grill the cauliflower for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
  5. Brush the grilled cauliflower with buffalo sauce and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
