- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- ½ cup Buffalo Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Toss the cauliflower florets in the mixture until evenly coated.
Grill the cauliflower for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
Brush the grilled cauliflower with buffalo sauce and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Remove from grill and serve immediately.
