Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • ½ cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the chicken thighs with the spice mixture.
  4. Grill the chicken thighs for about 10 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. Brush the buffalo sauce on the chicken during the last few minutes of grilling.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
