  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine buttermilk, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Add chicken breasts to the bowl, ensuring they are fully submerged in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. 3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Remove chicken from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Discard the marinade.
  5. 5. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. 6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
