- 1 head Cabbage cut into 1-inch thick slices
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush both sides of the cabbage slices with olive oil.
Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides of the cabbage slices.
Place the cabbage slices on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes on each side, or until tender and slightly charred.
Remove from the grill and serve hot.
