Ingredients 

Marinade

  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Allspice
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 4 Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ground allspice, and ground ginger.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
