Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork Tenderloin trimmed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Allspice
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, brown sugar, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, black pepper, garlic, and ginger.
  2. 2. Rub the mixture all over the pork tenderloin. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Grill the pork tenderloin for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. 5. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
