Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 pcs Carrots peeled and halved lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Creamy Sriracha Sauce

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the carrots on the grill and cook for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
  4. While the carrots are grilling, mix the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lime juice, and garlic powder in a bowl until well combined.
  5. Remove the carrots from the grill and serve with the creamy sriracha sauce on the side.
