Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Catfish fresh
  • 8 pieces Tortillas corn or flour
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 piece Lime cut into wedges
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush catfish fillets with olive oil and season with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the catfish for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
  5. Warm tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. Assemble tacos by placing grilled catfish on the tortillas and topping with the cabbage slaw. Serve with lime wedges.
