Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into 1-inch thick steaks
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the cauliflower steaks with olive oil on both sides.
Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Place the cauliflower steaks on the grill and cook for about 7-8 minutes on each side, until tender and charred in spots.
Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
