Grilled Cheese and Scrambled Egg Sandwich

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread
- 2 Eggs
- 2 slices Cheese
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.
3. Pour the eggs into the skillet and scramble until cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
4. Butter one side of each bread slice. Place two slices, buttered side down, on the skillet.
5. Add a slice of cheese on each bread slice, then top with scrambled eggs. Place the remaining bread slices on top, buttered side up.
6. Grill the sandwiches until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted. Serve hot.
