Grilled Cheese and Tomato Sandwiches

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread preferably sourdough
- 2 slices Cheese cheddar or your choice
- 1 medium Tomato sliced
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
2. Place cheese and tomato slices between two slices of bread, buttered sides out.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place sandwiches in skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
4. Serve hot and enjoy!
