  • 4 slices Bread Whole grain or your choice
  • 4 slices Cheese Cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup Mixed Veggies Bell peppers, spinach, tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Butter For grilling

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  3. 3. Place two slices, butter side down, on the skillet.
  4. 4. Add cheese slices and mixed veggies on top.
  5. 5. Top with remaining bread slices, butter side up.
  6. 6. Grill until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
