Grilled Cheese Apple and Thyme Sandwich
A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese, featuring apples and thyme.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread Preferably sourdough
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 1 Apple Thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme Chopped
- 2 tablespoon Butter Room temperature
1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
2. Place two slices, buttered side down, on a cutting board. Top with cheese, apple slices, and thyme.
3. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook sandwiches until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Serve immediately.
