Grilled Cheese on Rye
A classic grilled cheese sandwich made with rye bread.

- 2 slices Rye Bread
- 2 slices Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Butter softened
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Butter one side of each slice of rye bread.
3. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet.
4. Add the cheddar cheese slices on top of the bread in the skillet.
5. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
6. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes per side.
