  • 4 slices Bread any type you like
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened
  • 4 slices Cheese cheddar or your favorite

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  3. 3. Place two slices of bread, butter side down, on the skillet.
  4. 4. Add cheese slices on top of the bread in the skillet.
  5. 5. Top with the remaining bread slices, butter side up.
  6. 6. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes per side.
