  • 1 loaf French bread sliced in half lengthwise
  • 4 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic.
  3. Brush the garlic butter mixture onto the cut sides of the French bread halves.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the bread.
  5. Place the bread halves on the grill, cheese side up. Close the grill lid and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Slice and serve warm.
