Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Grilled chicken, shredded
  • 1 can Artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a soup pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chopped onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. 3. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce heat, add grilled chicken and artichoke hearts.
  5. 5. Stir in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
