Grilled Chicken and Sun-Dried Tomato Subs
A delicious and easy-to-make sub sandwich with grilled chicken and sun-dried tomatoes.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- ½ cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes chopped
- 4 pieces Sub Rolls
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
Slice the sub rolls and spread the sun-dried tomato mayonnaise on both sides.
Layer the sliced chicken and shredded lettuce on the rolls.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
