Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • ½ cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes chopped
  • 4 pieces Sub Rolls
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
  6. Slice the sub rolls and spread the sun-dried tomato mayonnaise on both sides.
  7. Layer the sliced chicken and shredded lettuce on the rolls.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
