  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Ranch Dressing
  • ¼ cup Red Onion sliced
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
  3. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Add the sliced grilled chicken and crumbled bacon to the salad. Drizzle with ranch dressing and toss to combine.
