  • 1 whole Pineapple peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. While the chicken is cooking, place the pineapple slices on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they have grill marks.
