- 4 pieces Chicken Breast boneless, skinless
- 1 whole Pineapple peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
3. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
4. While the chicken is cooking, place the pineapple slices on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they have grill marks.
5. Serve the grilled chicken breasts with the grilled pineapple slices on the side.
