Ingredients 

Chicken

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Chimichurri Sauce

  • 1 cup Fresh Parsley finely chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 0.5 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine parsley, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and red pepper flakes to make the chimichurri sauce.
  5. Serve the grilled chicken breasts with a generous spoonful of chimichurri sauce on top.
