Grilled Chicken Breast with Cilantro and Lime

Marinade
- 4 pieces Chicken Breast boneless, skinless
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
