Ingredients 

Chicken and Marinade

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Strawberry Salsa

  • 1 cup Strawberries diced
  • 1 piece Jalapeño seeded and minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro chopped
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. While the chicken is grilling, prepare the strawberry salsa. In a mixing bowl, combine diced strawberries, minced jalapeño, lime juice, chopped cilantro, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  5. Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  6. Top the grilled chicken with the fresh strawberry salsa and serve immediately.
