Grilled Chicken Breasts with Fresh Strawberry Salsa

Chicken and Marinade
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Strawberry Salsa
- 1 cup Strawberries diced
- 1 piece Jalapeño seeded and minced
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoons Cilantro chopped
- 1 pinch Salt
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
While the chicken is grilling, prepare the strawberry salsa. In a mixing bowl, combine diced strawberries, minced jalapeño, lime juice, chopped cilantro, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Top the grilled chicken with the fresh strawberry salsa and serve immediately.
