Grilled Chicken Margherita
A delicious grilled chicken dish topped with fresh tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, coat the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
3. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
4. Top each chicken breast with cherry tomatoes, basil leaves, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
5. Close the grill lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
