Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are well coated.
  3. 3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  4. 4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and discard any remaining marinade.
  5. 5. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  6. 6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
